Since 2007, Mission: St. Louis has been empowering people to transform our city. They fight poverty in the city of St. Louis through an approach built on relationships and empowering people, rather than providing charity. This approach has a deep, lasting impact- Mission: St. Louis walks alongside people as they gain skills and resources to transform first their own lives, then their families and neighborhoods. Mission: St. Louis’ core programs, Beyond School and Beyond Jobs, create opportunity in two key areas that are essential for people to be able to break the cycle of poverty, education and employment.
